Ground Plan: Shows the location of all concrete foundations, floor joists, first floor framing and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included that shows all the details of the basement.
Section and details: Shows a cross section of the house. Shows supporting members, exterior and interior materials, insulation and foundation. Specific details such as chimneys, stairs, decks, etc. are drawn to a scale of 1/2″ = 1′ and shown as needed on prints.
The concept plan package can save valuable time and resources by providing the essential elements of the project, allowing a local designer, architect or engineer to complete construction documents in accordance with building practices, requirements and site conditions in your area. Conceptual plans include an unrestricted (non-transferable) planning permission.

• Layouts are not designed. Check with the building department where the structure is being built to see if an engineering review is needed. We can help make your plan technology easier if you can’t find a local expert to help you.
• Your building department may also require a plan of your plot to be attached to your building permit application. a local design
A professional in your area should be able to help you with this, as well as evaluate your chosen plan to ensure it meets local building requirements for weather and seismic conditions.
• Read and understand your license agreement. This will clearly define what you can and cannot do with your building documents.
Country Plan: 835 Square Feet, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom
• Formats for electronic package sales (PDF and CAD files) are final. Printed construction documents can be exchanged for an exchange fee within 30 days of purchase.
• Unless you purchase an additional building permit (one-time addition or multi-building addition), you may build the structure once. Ownership of construction documents cannot be transferred or sold.
• If you do not purchase a printable package, you may not make additional copies of the plan without the designer’s permission.

Using CAD-compatible software that uses the .dwg or .dxf file formats, you or a local professional can modify construction documents and incorporate those changes into the plan. Once changes or engineering have been incorporated into your design, you can reproduce as many copies of the plan as needed to build the structure.

It is important to take time and digest the interior elements. Here are some considerations to keep in mind when evaluating whether this plan is right for you.
• Would you or your family prefer to have one or two places to gather or would you prefer to have more private places in your home.

HPC will send your request to a designer to evaluate your changes and provide you with a quote within two business days. HPC is a “true quote” plan site. This means that HPC will not increase the change price, we want to help you reduce costs.
Autumn’s exterior is elegant and welcoming with its large stone columns and 40-foot tall covered portico. The elegance continues in the house, where a 3.6 meter long entrance welcomes guests.
