It is your responsibility to obtain all structural analyses, designs and specifications that may be required by the municipality where the construction is to take place. Before construction, all site conditions and measurements must be checked. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred to comply with local regulations and technical requirements.

When you purchase a plan kit, you purchase a limited copyright license to the plan, which gives you the right to build this structure once on your premises. The permit is issued after payment of the purchase fee. You can only make a copy of the plan if you have signed a contract with Timber Frame HQ.

All materials provided under this license are the property of Wood Frame Headquarters. Any license granted under this Agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to use the designs only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Closing In The New Deck

The license fee paid under this Agreement is the price you paid when you purchased the Plans (“License Fee”).

(a) Violation. Violation or breach of any provision of this Agreement by you or anyone else you authorize to use your license.

(b) Task Effort. Your attempt to sublicense or transfer any license granted under this Agreement or this Agreement.

Upon such termination or termination, you must immediately cease using the Plans. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the license fee. You remain responsible for your breach of this Agreement or any breach that occurred prior to termination of this Agreement.

EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT AFTER THE DATE SET FORTH BELOW, WOOD FRAME HEADQUARTERS PROVIDE THE DESIGNS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS ARE DISCLAIMED.
