With the purchase of this plan, two (2) versions are included in the set plan: a version for use in 3 seasons only without insulation and heating. Walls 2” x 4”, floor joists 2” x 8” and rafters to ceiling 2” x 8”. Secondly, there is a different and hot version for 4 seasons. The walls are 2”x6”, the mezzanine beams are 2”x10”, and the roof is designed with roof supports. Both versions are supplied on a threaded post to ensure consistency.
