You also do not have to worry about the space to operate as the entryway is 36 “x 80”. Both windows measure 30″ x 30″. All frames are assembled with galvalume screws. What is galvalume you may ask? It is a specially designed coating to protect metal tools, so you can make sure that quality is not overlooked when manufacturing custom tools. If we are careful with the screws, imagine the care we devote to the rest of the building! Electricity is available within 50 feet of this building. We have a 48 hour return policy. All shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the material. All authorized in-stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, minimum $30. All customized items or items that we do not have in stock cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You must also use a receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned material has visible damage, we cannot refund the money.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@or visit our store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately – within 48 hours of receipt – if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Any customized items or items that we do not have in stock cannot be returned. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be returned to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
