Benjamin Moore Gloucester Sage Exterior – I just wanted to say that I just got back from a trip to New York. It was a great trip that I relaxed about, but the highlight was seeing the young prima ballerina, Skylar Brandt, lead the iconic ballet.
And since my website is slower than molasses that has been sitting on the shelf for ten years, I took the time to rewrite it in a review with some pictures I took on the phone.

Ben® Interior Acrylic Paint & Primer
If that color sounds familiar to any of you, it’s almost a dead ringer for the blue gray, Farrow and Ball colors in the Benjamin Moore palette.
Blue gray, not blue or gray, is a muted sage green. And so was the October 1495.
Also, for the owners of the Laurel Home Paint Collection, two dating back to 1495, one of the most talked about paint colors on this blog;
Also, there is another color in the Laurel Home Paint Collection that is very close to October Mist and that is Saybrook Sage hc 114. We’ll get to that in a bit.

Yes, the lighting in your room will change. All these things change colors in relation to each other.
The Rodin Museum in Paris is up and down, via the living beauty blog. I understand the paint color is Farrow and Ball Blue Grey. This color is close to COTY 2022 – October Mist 1495.
Above the trench and round it is blue-gray. And yes, the same color can be very different in a photo and in person. We have discussed this in recent posts. This is why you should always try, try, try paint colors.
That’s why people ask me, “What color is that?” Well, I hope you can find the cause of this problem. Rarely does painting look like a color print.

Some say Benjamin Moore COTY 2022 October Mist is a “safe choice;” Or maybe, cool.
I’m afraid I’ll never agree. I think Simply White, while bold, is the best color they chose today.
Again, when it comes to painting the four walls, I think “safe” and “hurt” are better options.
In fact, it will create a loud color, e.g. From another room in October Mist to the dining room.

Also, I think October Mist is a better choice than the annoying Guilford Green from 2015. Hmmm… I think I posted about this, but I can’t find it. Well, good enough!
Now, let’s take a look at Benjamin Moore’s color trends in 2022 to see how they fare with these colors.
Of course, there is no one who combines these colors in the house except in clothes. However, I think this color palette shows a lot of emotion and pairs well with any of the palettes in the Laurel Home Paint and Palette Collection.
Below is Seafoam, a very soft whisper of lavender in a warm grey. This is a beautiful color that we did in the bathroom a few years ago.

I found that all the colors in the Laurel Home Collection are identical or near twins except for High Park and Venetian Portico.
Well, I’ll tell you the names of Benjamin Moore colors in relation to other Benjamin Moore paint colors. ;] (Although some of them have similar quiet moments.)

In summary, I am pleased with the Benjamin Moore COTY 2022 selection and color options.
And I think it’s funny how many colors in my paint collection have dead rings for their color.

Honestly, I think it’s probably one of the hardest colors to choose. I receive emails almost every day from readers wondering where and how to start choosing the right color to enhance the exterior of the home. Most of the time, readers contact me when they have been suffering from color for weeks and have no idea how to solve it.

Today, I thought I’d share my tips for quickly finding the perfect exterior color for your home. There are some simple tricks to make the decision easier and less stressful. I use the process of elimination when choosing the interior paint colors, and I do the same thing with the exterior colors. By removing tones and shadows, your perfect paint color will stand out and you’ll be able to find your perfect color almost immediately.
Before I get into my tips and tricks, I’ve rounded up some of the best exterior trim colors I’ve seen for this week’s printable color palette:
How To Choose A Front Door Color
(As a reminder, every Color Monday piece is a printable version. It’s a lot different to see printed paint colors on paper compared to your computer screen. More the best if you print the palette on white card. use it to replace my paintings, So if you see a color you like, look at the paint swatch).
1) The first thing to do when changing your exterior trim color is to remove any undertones you don’t like and decide if you want the trim color to blend in with the color of your house. . You want a color contrast:
2) Once you’ve decided whether you want to complement or contrast your color, decide “in principle” what shade of color you want. If you have a brick home, you can take some of your bricks to Sherwin Williams and match them to your dark or light shade of brick. If there is no separate area, ask Sherwin Williams for a fan wall and match the block with the wall paint color.
If you have red brick and want your trim color to blend in and be lighter, I recommend choosing a brick color that is a shade (lighter and not darker). If you want to contrast your brick color, choose a dark or light red color to contrast.

For houses that don’t have stone and you want to add your trim, go up and down a shade or two of the house paint. For comparison, consider going white (or off-white) or black (black, dark brown, or gray):
If you plan to use white, ask Sherwin Williams to add 10% of your house paint to pure white. Sherwin Williams Pure White has a white base so it’s really white, and adding a touch of color to your home will ensure the undertones match the home. Instead of just using white it works great.
