Our family and our home. What I mean is that I’m the only girl in our household so pink is something I don’t like to highlight in our house but maybe my wardrobe. I love the mix of styles, but I’m most comfortable with a neutral color palette. Neutral colors are most likely known as safe territory in the home design department, but if you’re on a tight budget, it’s wise to use neutral colors for pricier decor items that will last for years. I love adding natural elements like plants, fabrics and wood to a room that make the environment feel cozy and welcoming. And I’m a fan of comparisons as I like black and charcoal colors alongside light tones and a bit of color – these are the types of interiors I always stick to! I wanted to modernize our home with a neutral color while still retaining the country charm. The first part of a renovation and the best way to transform a room is to paint the walls, so our main layer got painted! The kitchen and living room were two different colors, as seen here, and I painted them Benjamin Moore’s “pure white.” As a result, the room flow remains even. Pure white is very light but not quite white, it has a grey/blue undertone which gives a little contrast near white and goes well with cooler tones and I needed a wall color that would complement our kitchen cabinets; Here’s a gray kitchen inspiration from a previous post. And Benjamin Moore. I have to say it changed our main level! Although it’s a little more on the warm side of the gray spectrum, it looks cooler in our kitchen, I suspect, because our countertops and backsplash are brown and cream throughout.

The quality was amazing and it was the best money I’ve spent. I had a hard time choosing my whites and planning my colors. That made it very easy. I tried making color samples on the card and it wasn’t very good. It was lined, the pages glued together with corrugated paper. These patterns look like they are painted on your walls. It’s clean, well written, and easy to apply to walls and throughout the home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for color samples.
Delivery took almost 2 weeks but obviously not the seller’s fault. The color is as described. The only thing is that one of the plates wasn’t completely dry and the paper got stuck between the plates leaving a visible imprint on the plate.
