Access your templates: After your purchase, you will receive an automatic email from Templates with a link to access the template associated with your order. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received it within 10 minutes. If you do not receive this automatic email, follow the instructions in the “I can’t access my template” section.
Some collections have fixed parts (clip art, headers, other graphic elements). In this case, it is always indicated in the description. To avoid surprises, try the template before you buy.
For professional printing, download the template as a JPG at 300 dpi with Bleed and as a PDF with Crop Marks and Bleed. If possible, ask your printer to print a PDF file. If they can’t, use a JPG file.

To print at home, you need to know the capabilities and limitations of your home printer. Most home printers can print on 80lb cover (215gsm, 12pt) card stock, and some can print up to 110lb cover (300gsm, 15pt) paper, but not all. As each printer is different, we recommend that you consult your printer’s manual for information on printing cards.

The buyer received a reply with a direct link to the purchased template 8 minutes after his first message. That’s not a “very long time” by any standard. The buyer also expected the file to be automatically emailed in SVG format. The product description clearly states that the template must be converted and downloaded from Templett.com in PNG, JPEG and/or PDF format. We also offered to change the save card for him and send him the changed file at no extra charge. But he decided to blow up our reviews and didn’t help at all. Smart!
I can’t say louder and longer about this store. Great customer service, beautiful work. I received invitations, description and RSVP cards, menu and bar signs, event fans, large welcome tables and offline ceremony signs and worked with me on custom table numbers and a custom cake table sign. Pat listened to my needs and suggestions and not only did I use her pre-made template, but she worked with me to create custom paper products that really wowed my guests. I don’t know how many times I heard “this font is gorgeous” on my wedding day. Who compliments a font?! Clearly, there is something to be said for that. Eleven out of 5 stars! Here you can stop looking and get paper products.
I had a great experience shopping with this seller. I had bought a handful of convertible signs but wanted some custom signs. Eric did everything as asked and quickly. There was no pressure and it was great when I needed a few days to complete my purchases. All signs are easily printed and look good during the day. It was nice that it all fit together.
