Every effort is made to deliver your items as quickly as possible and we display the expected delivery date next to each product on our website. All of our products are provided subject to availability. If at the time of placing your order, an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can decide if you want to cancel the order, wait for the product to be available or choose an alternative. We will notify customers if a product is discontinued or if it takes longer than stated on our website to ship. If you have a light suit customized especially for you, our staff will explain the delivery time.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send you another email to let you know when to expect your products. Delivery to most of the UK mainland is free for orders over £50.00. Orders under £50.00 to most UK mainland addresses are charged at a flat rate of £4.80. We are happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and addresses outside the mainland with a UK Postcode (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands) and delivery is charged at a flat rate of £14.00 for orders of any quantity. For the Channel Islands the delivery charge is £17.50 for orders of any value. Shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process.
You will be given the opportunity to provide additional shipping instructions during checkout. This is useful if you are not likely to be home when delivery is expected or if your address is difficult to find. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, can cause delivery to take longer than expected. If you order multiple products, some of these items may be delivered separately and possibly from different locations. We will do our best to notify you if your order is split in this way.

In the unlikely event that your items do not arrive when you expect, please contact our sales team quoting your order number as this will help us track your order quickly. If the courier is unable to deliver your items, a card with contact details will be left for you to re-arrange a suitable delivery date. The courier will try to deliver the next day if the delivery is not rearranged. If the delivery is unsuccessful or the delivery is refused, the goods can be returned to us. If this happens, all additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer, even if the original shipping was free.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential costs, charges or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from late, damaged or incorrect delivery of the goods. This includes, but is not limited to, the fees of an electrician or any other contractor. You should not hire an electrician based on an expected delivery date and we strongly recommend that you only hire your electrician when you have your lights and have checked that they are fit and undamaged.
All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment and we pride ourselves on the care we take when packaging your products to ensure they reach you safely. We ask that you check all of your items carefully as soon as you receive them, even if you do not intend to use them immediately. Any damage occurred during transit or any shortages must be reported via email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48 hour period the goods are deemed to have reached a satisfactory condition and we regret that we are unable to accept any claims for damages or shortcomings after this period.
We request that you send photographic evidence of the damage, as we may be able to replace the damaged part, such as a broken glass screen, instead of the entire suit, reducing inconvenience and waiting time. If necessary, we will provide a replacement product and arrange for our courier to collect the damaged item from your delivery address and return it to us. All we ask is that you carefully repack the product in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations for purchases made on or after June 13, 2014) give you the right to cancel any purchase contract for goods purchased online within 14 calendar days, from the day after the day of What delivered the number. This applies to all of our products, except for those items that are made, customized or altered to your specifications or any items purchased under our business-to-business terms of trade. Items cannot be returned after 14 calendar days of receipt.
If you wish to return any products to us, please contact our sales team by email or letter within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products. We will send you a unique return number. This number must be shown on the outer box when the item is returned to us. Items returned without the return number clearly displayed on the outer box will not be accepted. If a package is accepted by a member of our team without a return number, we will inform you that we will hold your package for 28 days so that you can arrange collection. If the package is not collected within 28 days, we will dispose of the items as we wish.
Please pack the items carefully and securely in the original packaging and be sure to indicate the return number on the outer box and return your receipt to us so that we receive it within 14 days of issuing your return number. Your unique returns number is only valid for 14 days from issue so please ensure any unwanted items reach us within this period. You remain responsible for the products until we receive them in a salable condition. We refuse to accept returned products that have been installed or modified in any way or where the inner box of the product is damaged or written on or if the lights arrive damaged or broken. You must also include any bulbs or parts that were included in your original shipment.
The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly request that you use a certified delivery service and keep your proof of postage in case the package is lost or damaged and you need to claim it with your chosen courier. For your added protection, we suggest that you consider making your own separate insurance arrangements.
