I started with SW Pearl White because I painted our dining room walls this way and I think it’s a very “universal” white.
It’s a cold white, but I find it has enough of a yellow “tinge” – to warm it up a bit.
It’s stark and white against the black window curtains, but warmed by the ivory club chair and pale wood coffee table.

Well, SW Eider white is a cool white for cool coastal blues and greens and goes well with pinks and purples.
I might have to try it somewhere in our house to get the real feel – LOL!
SW Snowbound is the color we use on our kitchen/office units, panels, sinks, interior and cabinet walls.
….. It is similar in color to Eider White (just lighter). It works well for the “cool” beach colors in our home.

We painted the kitchen cabinets and painted SW Alabaster years ago and I loved it. But for me it turned a little “yellow” or “green” – but only during the hottest and brightest part of the day.
So that’s the only reason I chose SW Snowbound a second time when choosing a kitchen cabinet color after the flood.

How To Choose The Best White Paint Color Every Time!
SW Greek villas have been trending for years as one of the most popular white color schemes. It is a weathered white with a slightly “strong” yellow tinge and is a lighter white.
I had planned to use it in our southwest dining room, but it was a little too yellow for that room. So I chose SW Pearly White (for that room).
But I think it would be a beautiful color in our northeast facing room, where it would bring out more gray. It’s an amazing color.
I chose SW Origami White 259-c3 because that color is between two other very popular colors on the same color (SW Zurich White 259-c2 and Aesthetic White 259-c4).

SW Pure White is one of Sherwin-Williams’ most popular white colors. It is timeless white
I feel like this is the paint color that comes up the most for “design white” when I research.
It is also very attractive as a soft wall color and looks amazing against black or gold.
A good choice if you like a “lighter” color palette and less contrast – against dark colors.

I find it works well to accent or highlight white accents – on patterns, accent pieces or bedding, etc.
Although the bar stools and lights are black, the look of the wardrobe is still “soft” and gives it a homely atmosphere.
It’s one of Sherwin-Williams’ timeless whites, and it can be used in both traditional and modern decor styles.
I haven’t been able to find the source of the wall color (ugh – sorry) but you can see that it blends well with the red tones in the wooden beams and wooden floors.
