Sherwin Williams Exterior Greige Colors – I am a huge fan of gray wall paint. It is completely neutral and adds a clean, modern feel to any space. However, I learned that not all shades of gray are created equal. When we first moved in, we painted most of our Brooklyn home a solid gray (Sherwin Williams Lattice, if you will). Although it is a nice color, it was too cold and boring for my taste. This prompted me to search for a cool blue paint color that wasn’t too cool, but wasn’t in the “beige beige” paint color category. Here are my favorites so far. 🙂
The colors are pretty dark in this post, but I think it would look great in a large area that could take a little darker. This color scheme is very popular on Pinterest and it’s easy to see why! I think this color looks great with crisp white trim and espresso accents. I’d be careful not to darken the furniture too much when using this color, or the room might feel heavy.

I think it’s my favorite so far! It’s easy because we usually deal with small rooms. It’s a very warm color, but I feel different lighting throughout the day would be more interesting with this color.
Sherwin Williams 8 Best Dark Gray Paint Colours
Well, I might be lying. This might be my favourite. And if Shea McGee says he loves light gray, it must be good. 🙂 It’s a bit cool, but okay. This paint color is very versatile and can look gray or black depending on what you pair it with.
It’s close to the two above, but to me it looks more brown than gray. If you are looking for a light and airy beige shade, this would be great. It’s a beautiful color and would look great in a traditional home or new construction that already has a lot of brown in it.
I think this paint color lives up to its name – I totally agree! It’s more gray than dark for my liking. It’s not too dark or too light, I think it would look good anywhere.
It leans on the darker side for me, and Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter is a lighter version if you love color and want something bright and strong.

It’s always helpful to compare colors side by side, so here’s a little reference picture. My favorites are the Behr Silver Drop and Benjamin Moore Balboa Mist. Did I miss another great Greek? I’d love to hear what colors you like!

Are you looking for a navy blue or yellow color for your cabinets, walls, or exterior? You have come to the right blog! Today we explore the dark side of Sherwin William’s most famous neutral character. But, as always, before we get started, we need to have a little chat (insert wine here).
Best Nature Inspired Colors From Sherwin Williams
Depending on your color religion, you might consider something blue and taupe (three soft strokes with wet food) or a different color entirely. On this side of the right color wheel, they both have the same intent (warmer than gray and cooler than black) with different UDRTONES.
Gray is one of my free, neutral stories. Gray and black are more likely to survive in different trends, because they don’t completely obey one or the other (referring to the gray and black/trends of the past 20 years). Some greens tend to be gray to appear cool, while others rely on dark heat to appear warm. But no matter which side they’re on, they all love the sound of green (a weird purple flash).
But on the light end of things, you’ll find a neutral blue (only very light), and you’ll notice it’s higher when it’s green. This means there is
Like blue, taupe falls between gray and black and can be a little warmer or cooler depending on the mix. However, the selection for brindle is violet and rarely green.

When it comes to dark, dark options, keep in mind that if taupe gets darker and darker like green, the more violet and brown you get.
The key to deciding whether to go gray or taupe is to decide which color – green or purple – suits your end result! Remember, just because you like one sound over another doesn’t mean your home is right for you.

Blue, Unknown has a soft greenish tone. If you don’t like green tones, it might scare you a bit, but it’s a finish that needs a certain tone, but it can be beautiful.
As far as taupe, mink (and black folkstone) are my favourites. However, it can be called a warm gray with a gray level. Both colors still have a visible purple tinge
Mink has an LRV of 21 which is the most popular exterior option, compared to the Folkstone (LRV 14) with a stone/rhombic brick/purple roof. In the photo above, it’s easy to see that Mink looks more like a taupe than a warm gray.
This next photo shows how a color like Mink or Folkstone can warm up with a good dose of southern or southwest sunlight…
Perfect Greige Color Review
When it comes to dark gray, Keystone Gray isn’t the first thing that comes to mind because of its depth. However, I’d like to get to know you better because it’s on EDGE and it’s a great color.
Keystone Gray is a medium dark blue. Although this means that there is a green light, the reason why it is so high is that the sound is difficult to remember.

I love Urbane copper, and if it wasn’t, not only would my house lack oomph, but Sherwin Williams didn’t have the perfect black green in our study! Urbane Bronze has inert heat and a green light as shown in these steps…

Urbane Bronze is perfect for kitchen cabinets, islands and separate walls for bathroom fixtures!
Spalding Gray is a cool teal that will look warm when compared to the previously discussed Mink. Spalding Gray looks like a darker version of the popular Popular Gray (LRV 61), but is much lighter with the LRV 22.
Since I’m trying to show you real homes and only refer to photos from clients of Online Color Consulting, I don’t have good examples of this beautiful color (some of the photos are too low quality to use). Thanks to everyone who submitted their photos!
