When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a further email to advise you when to expect your goods. Delivery to most of mainland UK is free on orders over £50.00. Orders under £50.00 to most mainland UK addresses will be charged a flat rate of £4.80. We are happy to ship to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK postcode addresses (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Wight) and delivery is charged at a flat rate of £14.00 per order value. In the Channel Islands the delivery charge is £17.50 for orders of any value. Shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped and we pride ourselves on the care we take in packing your products to ensure they arrive safely. We ask that you check all your items carefully as soon as you receive them, even if you do not intend to post them immediately. Any shipping damage or shortage must be reported by email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. After a period of 48 hours the goods are considered to have arrived in satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept claims for compensation or shortages after this period.
We ask that you provide photographic evidence of the damage as we may be able to replace a damaged part such as a broken glass shade instead of the entire fixture, reducing inconvenience and waiting time. If unavoidable, we will deliver replacement products and arrange for our courier to pick up the damaged item from your delivery address and return it to us. If it is returned to us, we will arrange to send a replacement.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replace the Distance Selling Regulations for purchases made on or after 13 June 2014) give you the right to cancel any contract for the sale of goods bought online within 14 days from the day after the day of delivery for cancellation. . This applies to all our products, excluding any items made, customized or modified to our specifications or any items purchased from our store on commercial terms.
