The Cypress floor is a 2000 square foot barndominium, 38 feet by 52 feet long. It has a 52 foot long and 8 foot wide covered porch, as well as an oversized 38 foot x 18 foot covered garage as a standard feature. In addition, it has a 10 x 6 covered patio at the front entrance of the house.

The cabinet pulls a variety of styles, from knobs to handles, from flaps to pull-on lids, and also comes in black, gold, brushed nickel, and many other colors. When it comes to kitchen sinks, you can have a farmhouse sink, a round sink, a single sink. You can have a double sink, a 50/50 split sink, or a 60/40 split sink.

When it comes to kitchen faucets, you can choose anything from chef-style brushed nickel to more modern brushed copper. When it comes to appliances in your kitchen, we range from custom Chef Series appliances to standard appliances you’ll find at your local hardware store. Roofs and exterior cladding. The standard roofing and exterior cladding options on Barndo Co Barndominiums are 26 gauge steel, a tough, mechanically bonded material. These panels are three feet wide with a 3/4 inch rib every nine inches. They are mechanically attached to your housing with a screw, with a shield cap on the screw to protect it. The screws are the same color as you choose for the siding or roof, providing a seamless and flawless design. From galvulum to black metal, white metal, and even red and blue, your color options are plentiful. Other siding options include masonite siding, hardy board siding, vinyl siding, brick and/or stone, as well as the ability to provide brick or stone siding for any siding choice.
To upgrade your siding from our standard metal siding, it is necessary to first sheet your home with plywood material. So in addition to any cost updates for siding materials, you should also have a siding cost update. All our barndominiums are wrapped in high quality materials. We use Type R’s high performance home packaging for every project we handle. Roofing options are also 26-gauge heavy steel panels, but these can be upgraded to 24-gauge steel vertical seam steel and 26-gauge steel. Asphalt shingles, a copper roof, or any other type of composite roof you prefer.
