The opal glass is surrounded by a geometric cage to complete the look and has a two-step finish for a modern classic finish. If you have a light fitting specially made for you, our staff will explain the delivery time.
When your order is ready for delivery, we will send a follow-up email letting you know when to expect your items. Delivery is free to most of the UK on orders over £50.00. Orders under £50.00 are charged at a standard rate of £4.80 to most UK mainland addresses. We are happy to ship to Highlands and non-mainland addresses with a UK postcode (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles) and delivery is charged at a standard rate of £14.00 on orders from any value. To the Channel Islands, the delivery charge is £17.50 for orders of any value. Shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.
You will have the opportunity to provide additional shipping instructions during the checkout process. This is useful if you are unlikely to be home when a delivery is expected or if your address is difficult to find. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, can cause deliveries to arrive later than expected. If you have ordered several products, some items may be shipped separately and possibly from different locations. We will make every effort to notify you if your order is split in this way.

If your goods have not arrived within the expected time, please contact our sales team quoting your order number as this will help us track your order more quickly. If the courier is unable to deliver the goods to you, a card will be left with your contact details so that you can re-arrange a suitable delivery date. The courier will try to deliver the following day if the goods are not rescheduled. Goods may be returned to us if deliveries are unsuccessful or delivery is refused. If this happens, all additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer, even if the original shipping was free.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential costs, charges or expenses arising directly or indirectly as a result of late, damaged or incorrect delivery of goods. This includes but is not limited to electrician or other contractor fees. You should not book an electrician based on an expected delivery date and we strongly recommend that you only book your electrician when you have the lights and have checked that they are suitable and undamaged.
All our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping and we pride ourselves on the care we take in packaging to ensure your products reach you safely. Please check all your items carefully as soon as you receive them, even if you do not want to post them straight away. Any damage or shortage in transit must be reported to our sales team by email within 48 hours of delivery. After this period of 48 hours, the goods are considered to have arrived in satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept any claim for compensation or shortage after this period.
We ask that you provide photographic evidence of damage as we may be able to replace the damaged part, such as a broken glass shade, rather than the entire fitting, reducing inconvenience and waiting time. If necessary, we will provide a new product and arrange for our courier to collect the damaged item from your delivery address and return it to us. Carefully pack the product in all original packaging. Once we return it to us, we will arrange to send a replacement.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replace the Distance Selling Regulations for purchases made on or after 13 June 2014) give you the right to cancel any contract for the purchase of goods bought online from within 14 calendar days, starting on the following day. The item has been shipped. This applies to all our products, except any items made, personalized or adapted to your specifications or any items purchased under our terms of business trade. The goods cannot be returned to us after 14 calendar days of receipt.
If you wish to return any items to us, please contact our sales team by email or letter within 14 calendar days of the goods being delivered to you. We will then send you a unique returns number. This number must be shown on the outer box when the item is returned to us. Returns will not be accepted without the return number clearly shown on the outer box. If a member of our team receives a shipment without a return number, we will notify you that we will hold your shipment for 28 days to arrange a refund. If the parcel is not collected within 28 days, we will remove the goods as necessary.

The cost of returning unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility and we strongly encourage you to use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of posting in case the parcel is lost or damaged and you need to request your choice carrier. For your maximum protection, we suggest that you consider taking out your own separate insurance arrangements.
