High contrast white and black homes have been trending for over a year now, here are some of our favorite whites! Sharon Williams Alabaster is a wonderful warm white to use. We used it on both the stucco and the columns in this house, and as you can see, it’s warmer than the bright white columns. Always get a color sample of your stucco first, as the composition of the stucco will change the color slightly.

We’re seeing neutrals make a comeback after years of gray as people look to add warmth to their homes with ‘grey’. Here are some of our favorite colors for both exterior and interior, but I often use the trick of reducing my paint supply by at least 25-50%. This ensures that the house is not brown, but has a nice light color that is modern but warm.
