Supply Amish builders with lumber, parts and mission; And what is the result? Brand new 2-car, 2-car garage on the roof by Horizon Structures. You read that right, we built a 2 car garage with a full second floor that can be combined into a full.
Well, the only thing better than our Amish prefab garage is one of our modular garages with an attic. Double the space and the possibilities are endless! Lots of storage, home office space, guest houses, dedicated hobby space…the list goes on! Want something smaller? We also offer a 1 car garage.
This new modular garage with loft comes in two parts like our standard 2 car garage, but the secret is that the roof folds 7/12 for transport. When the building reaches the ground, the two sides of the roof are lifted. Stairs and attics are already installed in our two-story prefab modular garages.

Modern House Plan
Both parties are ordered to deliver. One load size is limited to 48′ long. Garages longer than 24′ require two delivery trucks.
After the roof is raised and secured, the front and rear walls are raised and secured in place.
When both sides of the garage are opened and secured, it is unloaded by our driver.
Complete wooden stairs are included in the price and are installed in our shop during the pre-built garage. The garage can be ordered on the plot with or without a wooden floor.

You specify the height of the upper level when you order. Choose from increased headroom in the lower section or additional storage space in the upper section. Average interior height, second story, is 8′.
