We create 3D mockups for our clients to ensure the best visual presentation of their wedding. In this picture you see a 40 x 80 marquee, (16) round tables for 128 guests, a rectangular head table for the bridal party, a buffet table and a 16 x 16 foot dance floor. This layout is perfect for smaller weddings of 120-140 people, and all of these rentals can cost less than $4,500!
Please note that in this 3D marquee layout, we are still using a 40 x 80 marquee (frame), but by using rectangular tables instead of round tables, we can accommodate up to 192 guests. Although there is still enough room for a dance floor, DJ setup and options like food tables, gift tables and more. Yes, and of course there was a sweet table for the lovely bride and groom. This is a real 3D mockup from one of our customers. This layout is perfect for weddings of 190-250 guests and the entire rental will cost less than $5,000!
