Orders under £50.00 to most UK country addresses have a flat fee of £4.80. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment and we pride ourselves on the care we take in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely with you. We ask that you carefully check all your items when you receive them, even if you don’t intend to box them right away. Any damage caused in transit or any shortage must be reported by email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48 hour period, the goods are deemed to have arrived in satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for damage or shortages after this period.
We ask that you bring photographic evidence of the damage as we can only replace part of the damage, such as a broken glass shade, rather than replacing everything, to minimize disruption and wait time. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement product and arrange for our courier to collect the damaged item from your shipping address and return it to us. All we have to do is carefully repackage the product in all original packaging. Once received, we will arrange to send you a new one.
The Consumer Contracts Regulation (which replaces the Distance Sales Regulation for purchases made from 13 June 2014) gives you the right to terminate any contract for the purchase of goods purchased online within 14 calendar days, from the day following the day the article was delivered. If a member of our team receives an order without a return number, we will inform you that we will hold your order for 28 days to collect it.
