● Design – After receiving the order and details to create the item, we will work on the lead times suggested on the product page or your purchase page. Please ensure that the information you enter is correct.
● Design Proof – Once your design is created, we will send you a digitally approved image for your review. This is usually a few days before the delivery date, unless you have already chosen to add the express turnaround option.
Approval of Changes – Orders for minor design changes are limited to two drafts. Additional charges apply for additional changes.

We usually use UPS and FedEx as our shipping carrier, but we choose the best option for the product and the fastest shipping carrier available to us at the time of shipment. Final delivery is about 6 working days after the speed according to your location. Please add the product to the cart and click on the cart page to view the estimated delivery time. All international shipments include a tracking number and their location can be fully tracked once they are exported from our country, which is usually 2 – 4 business days after dispatch. Please note that we cannot deliver to military addresses due to postal restrictions.

We know that getting ready for a wedding is a lot of work. To ensure the best experience, we recommend leaving at least one week between the last delivery date shown on the shopping cart page and the last day you can receive the product. It may help us in some unexpected situation.

Once we receive your order and the details needed to create it, we will work on the design within the processing/lettering time specified on the product page or your purchase page.

Orders may be returned if we do not hear that you have approved the confirmation image.
