Pewter Grey Paint Benjamin Moore – Happy Monday! A post I’ve been wanting to share with you for a while now because I get so many questions from you about my nail polish colors. So here you go! These are my favorite shades of gray that I have used on walls and furniture throughout the house. They are all Benjamin Moore shades and my favorite colors to use.
This is the color I have used the most in my home. It’s a shade of gray – in some lights it looks gray and in others more beige. This is a color to try in any space you plan to use.

The entire main living level of my home is painted River Pewter – living room, dining room, kitchen, walls up and down the landing, and hallway. It’s a really great neutral gray.

I have a wall in my kitchen that I don’t like the respectable pewter. For this reason I don’t often share pictures of this wall. You can see the difference in this photo where the paint color looks more beige.
Edgecombe Gray is the lightest shade next to Revere Pewter in the Benjamin Moore color chart. It is basically a lighter shade of Revere Pewter. I used this color on a stenciled accent wall in my dining room.
The wall was painted Edgecombe Gray and then I used Revere Pewter to paint in a stenciled damask – giving the wall a tone on tone stencil effect. I used Edgecombe Gray to paint the outside of my upper kitchen cabinets and corner cabinets. The upper kitchen cabinets are painted Benjamin Moore Advance.
Gray Owl has hints of blue/green undertones, but is still very neutral. I used it in our master bedroom and we used it for the upper wall color and ceiling in our lower level family room.

It is very light and is a good neutral if you want to use white or something other than white for your walls. I saw Gray Owl paint at 50% lighter at the store.
We used this gray color to panel our lower level family room. It is a medium tone gray color. We didn’t want it to be dark in the family room because it’s on the lower level and has no natural light. However, our floors in this space are light so we wanted the wall color to contrast with them. Chelsea Gray answers! This space isn’t finished, but here’s a look at the gray owl on the wall with Chelsea Gray trim. (As you can see – it’s hard to get a good picture of the lower level room with the cans. But – this can give you an idea of the color combination)
It is a beautiful dark gray color. This is what I use on my duster and I use it in my office! I would describe it as soft black or charcoal.
I love Kendall Charcoal, but haven’t used it very often in our house. But, I use this charcoal for lettering in most of my markers. It is a beautiful charcoal grey. I haven’t painted my office yet, but if I have a dark nightfall shade, I’ll probably use Kendall Charcoal in there. I haven’t used Kendall charcoal this time so here is the room Lily used.

This is the color I used in her lower kitchen unit. As for the actual black cabinets, I painted them iron first, but the light in our kitchen makes it look green. Not the look I was looking for! So I ended up using Benjamin Moore Advance Color Black.
