Craftsman Style House Plan

This versatile mountain home plan includes a fully functional and comfortable vacation or “forever” home. A variety of large open spaces can be configured to include a living room, dining room and bedroom in a home where optimal furniture placement is practical and visually pleasing. Multipurpose rooms allow for purposeful living, and one of the main features of this home is the abundance of light-filled rooms to help you make decisions. The 1.5 story home is perfect for small or narrow lots with its 24′ wide by 28′ deep dimensions. Double-glazed French doors allow entry into the home, while numerous window inserts frame the home externally, while a simple gabled roof accented by exposed rafters adds to the aesthetically pleasing exterior. There is a 24×15 foot wood frame deck that allows for generous entertaining and relaxation, whether you want to gather with a large group of family and friends or to contemplate in isolation.

The spacious living room and dining room are vaulted and open to a wide deck.
