20 By 20 Tent Rental – The perfect tent for most sidewalks, the 20×20 frame rental tent offers 400 square feet of extra space. Reception table 4-60″ or 8″ reception table can comfortably seat 32 guests. Tent frames are anchored by a combination of sticks, water barrels, concrete or asphalt, concrete or grass.
The tent features a seamless interior with no center pole between the frames. We place them 3′ on the perimeter requiring an area of 23’x23’x 16′. If we can’t use sticks, we use anchors that weigh 9 – 440 # (concrete or water barrels).

According to most municipalities, tent frames require 10 pounds of strength per square foot. Water barrels and/or concrete anchors are required and will be an additional cost. We suggest that you fill and dispose of water barrels at your tent site.
Matrix 20′ X 50′ Canopy Tent
We do not include tables, chairs and tent seats in the tent rental price. If you need tables, chairs and tents, you can order them a la carte.
We do not recommend asphalt staking on residential sites, but may do so on commercial sites with prior customer or site approval. For your convenience, we include a discount on the assembly and tent rental price. However, delivery, pickup and tax are extra.
We install frame tents with 42″ poles driven into the ground. After withdrawing the bet at $5 per hole we can fill the holes with asphalt. Verify that all private utility lines, sprinkler systems, geothermal lines, or any other underground lines are marked before installation. If you find that rail lines are available, please notify the Academy Rentals team prior to the event.
We are happy to contact OUPS prior to installation with a booking up to 96 hours prior to the installation date. It is your responsibility to contact local municipalities regarding tent permit requirements. Permit requirements can change the viability of your tent. Frame tents are the most versatile of all tent styles. Frame tents have a skeleton-like structure that supports the weight of the tent top with metal side poles. If space is an issue, the metal frame allows the tent to be placed closer to the tent legs. Tent frames can be secured with cement weights or water barrels when sections are not available. If you need to cover your patio, garage or deck, a frame tent is your best choice.

We set the business day before your event, and get the business day after the event. Package price does not include delivery charges. Delivery cost is based on distance traveled.
