A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to receive engineering and CAD drawings. We will work with you to make the necessary adjustments for licensing purposes. The surcharge must be paid before the materials are ordered.

Note: Please check the shipment immediately after delivery. If anything delivered is damaged or missing, you must notify PBS within 48 hours. We will ask and request pictures of the damaged material before making any further adjustments. PBS is not responsible for items lost after 48 hours.
How Much Does A 40×40 Metal Building Cost?
Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store credit card information and do not have access to credit card information.
We have a 48 hour return policy. All shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. All confirmed in-stock returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, $30 minimum. Some items or out-of-stock items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned material has visible damage, we cannot issue a refund.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at @pesenan or visit our store. If the return is delivered, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
