20 By 40 Tent Rental – This graduation package for 64 people includes the rental of a 20 x 40 meter frame tent, 8 tables and 60 chairs. This party tent rental requires a minimum space of 30 x 50 feet. If you are not sure if you have enough space, call us to schedule a site visit at (248)-238-2400. This tent is versatile and can be set up on both grass and paved surfaces, giving you many options for where the event will take place. Other rental tent add-ons include side walls, lighting and climate control. The sidewall is easy to install or remove. We recommend LED string lights because they hold a variety of lights that we can install and provide a bright, warm light. Our 64-person party tents come with two table styles: round or rectangular tables. We recommend that you put linen on these tables and we can provide the rent for your shop. Our 85×85 square linen is an economical way to cover our round tables. Other table options include our cocktail and cafe tables, perfect for a more intimate party. We have spandex and cotton that can be put on these boards as well. We can also provide food and we recommend Celebrity Catering.

This 64-person tent rental package includes 60 seats and you can choose 4 to choose from. The seats provide a comfortable seat and ensure a strong seat. Also, they work well in many areas and are our favorite seating options.

Canopy 20′ X 40′ White

Knight’s Tent and Party Rental has been operating in Southeast Michigan for 10 years and we are excited to bring tent rentals to the community! Add sparkle to your event with the highest quality tents! A 20×40 tall frame tent rental provides an additional 800 square feet of space. Seat up to 64 guests at 8-60″ or 8′ banquet tables. We can design these tents with sections, water barrels, concrete or any combination of these anchors. We can install it on asphalt, concrete or grass. You’ll be amazed at how spacious it is without any barriers or pole in the middle.

Sections are spaced 3′ out on the perimeter, requiring an area of ​​23’x43’x 16′. Anchors (concrete or water barrels) weighing around 18 – 440# are needed to set the anchor if we cannot hold the tent in place.

We do not include tables, chairs and tent sides in the cost of renting a tent. If you need tables, chairs and tent sides, you can order a-la-carte.

We do not recommend installing asphalt in residential areas but we can do it in commercial areas with prior approval from the customer or property. For your convenience, we include setting up and reducing the price of renting a tent. However, shipping, handling and taxes will be added.

Person High Peak Tent Rental

We drive the tent frame 42″ poles into the ground. After removing the parts we can fill the holes with black top at $5 per hole. Please ensure that private utility lines, sprinkler systems, geothermal or other underground lines are identified prior to installation. If you notice the presence of underground lines, please contact the Academy Rentals team prior to your event.

We are happy to contact OUPS prior to installation by booking​​​​​​96 hours before your installation date. It is your responsibility to contact local municipalities for tent permit requirements. Licensing requirements may change your ability to rent a tent. These 20 x 40 stickers are available in our store. It comes in three bags and fits most cars. Three to four people can easily set up a tent in about an hour. There are between 3-3 pieces.

The tent must be placed on the ground and can only be placed on grass. The poles stick out about 7-8 meters from the tent.

Please note: This is not a frame tent. There are central poles in the middle of the building that need to be lowered.
