We start with the basics. This 20×20 single garage has room for two cars and not much else. Sure, you can stack a few things on the back wall if you have small cars, or you can use one carport and one for storage, but your space is limited to one floor.
If you only need one car in your 20×20 garage, you can use the rest for a shop or a smaller item like a lawnmower, etc. The design also has enough space for a work chair or two. This 20×20 garage is a modular garage that consists of two parts.
Here is a very simple two car garage with one door instead of two 9×7 doors. It’s built on a concrete base, so it’s definitely a permanent garage solution. If all you need is a place to keep two cars out of the weather, this is a good choice for a 20×20 panel garage.

So, back to our original question, “What can I fit in a 20×20 prefab garage?” The simple answer is: a lot if you move up, not so much if you stay in a 20×20 single garage!.
