The first type of truss is the standard truss. This truss is a symmetrical triangle with equal pitch and heel on both sides. The pitch of the roof can vary from 4/12 to 12/12 with a peak in between. It is also known as the A-Frame roof style because it looks like an A when viewed from the two two two sides. It comes in a standard one-story garage, an attic garage, or a two-story garage.
