This floor plan is 1450 square feet with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a master upstairs. Remember, we can customize the message and create the house plan to make it yours. The living room is spacious 16×14, the kitchen 16×10 and the kitchen 11×9. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a full bathroom, which is also available to your guests. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. This design also has a great balcony for a study or children’s room. This area is fully covered with douglas and tongue and groove ceilings, giving you plenty of volume and space.
