In some areas, the second step is to make sure your house plan complies with local codes. Several regions in North America have had projects very close to one another in the past. If you’re unsure, the building department usually has a handbook, they’ll give you a list of everything you need to submit and get a building permit.
Also, they don’t have a professional stock plan. If the building type requires it, they will only accept a stamp from a licensed professional in the state they are building for.
