On the main level there is also a garage, laundry room, bathroom and a shop area. You get two master apartments on the second floor and three spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms.
This 5 bedroom floor plan maximizes the space and allows large windows in almost every room making the space appear bright and airy. If you don’t need five rooms, you can turn one or more of them into an office. In this style, the shop space can be turned into a bathroom or a playroom.
