Note: If anything is damaged we must notify Pole Construction Equipment within 48 hours. We will ask you a few questions and request a photo of the damaged material before making any further arrangements.
Please note that once your kit is delivered, you must ensure that all items are present. We ask that you inspect it as soon as it is delivered. If the item is missing, we must contact you within 48 hours of delivery. PBS is not responsible for items lost after 48 hours.
Your payment details are handled securely. We do not store your credit card information and do not have access to your credit card information.
We have a 48 hour return policy. All shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. All of our approved product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a minimum of $30. Any custom items or items we do not stock are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the condition it was received. You will also need a receipt or proof of delivery. We cannot issue a refund if there is significant damage to the returned material.
To initiate a return, you can contact us @ orders or visit our store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Please check your order receipt and contact us immediately – no later than 48 hours after arrival – if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or incorrect, we will assess the issue and rectify it.
Any custom items or out of stock items will not be refunded. If you have any questions about your specific project, please get in touch.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you when we receive and review your order and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Our basic build kit can easily be converted into a custom build system once you configure it with the parts you need. The basic build package includes primary and secondary frames as well as sheets and is designed for your site. Work with our parts department to customize the look of your building with unique color combinations. You can also enhance the functionality of your 24×30 metal garage by adding accessories such as doors, windows and insulation.
