For this design, the client chose a design that is simple yet has lasting appeal. They were able to take advantage of 1,890 square feet of living space with this Barndominian shell (not including the wraparound porch).

Barndominium Floor Plans 3 Bedroom
For this building, the clients combined their living space with an attached terraced garage. They were able to use 1,782 square feet of living space and 713 square feet of garage for a total of 2,495 square feet (not including the extra square feet they added on the slope).

The building is a very elegant structure with a full hall on the main floor, extended closets and a modern outdoor area with an extension / roof (with closed gables) for campers outside in good weather at work. This lot has 2150 sq ft of main living space and a 1100 sq ft garage.

What makes this barndominium special is that the roof follows a 6:12 pitch, allowing internal scissor beams to give this home plenty of headroom to create a raised ceiling. In addition, one end of the gable extends along the terrace with a slope on the side of the lawn. They decided to leave the exterior gable trusses open for future wood veneers. With a total living area of 2,150 square feet, as a team of construction and design professionals, we research and prepare our materials in detail. The first floor comes with an open-plan living room and kitchen, offering a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you enter. The lower level also includes a garage, laundry, bathroom and shop area. You find two bedrooms and three spacious bedrooms with two additional bathrooms on the second floor.
Barns And Buildings
The layout of this 5-bedroom floor plan maximizes space, and large windows in nearly every room make the space feel light and airy. If you don’t need five bedrooms, you can easily convert one or more of them into office space. Similarly, the shop space can be turned into a study or play room.

The covered balcony welcomes you directly into the open plan living room and kitchen – the design includes a kitchen island large enough for four people. Downstairs is a utility room, half bathroom and multi-functional space that can be used as a study or home office with access to the outside.
About 1/3 of the ground floor is reserved for shops and garages and can be built with or without access to the residential area. The garage part has two bays and windows along one wall. If desired, the store space can have two double doors.
