Carrara Marble Bathroom Paint Color – Hello friends!! Well, this post probably won’t be out since I’m sharing my favorite paint colors around my house! A lot of you have been asking for so long so it’s finally time to put it all in one place. And speaking of references… if you need to know a specific color for a particular room, you can always go to the Home Resources page on my website (see the site menu) and find the room you’re looking for. Find. . and at the top of each page you’ll see the paint color(s) for each room.
When I choose paint colors, I definitely have a process that I go through. I don’t necessarily hear everything I see and read online or on Pinterest about a particular color (although I love both sources) because paint can have a mind of its own when it’s on the wall in the house. friend! Trust me, there are a lot of variables that can leave you reeling. Not to mention the paint color in the picture is often different than in real life. Due to the color of the floors, cabinets, lighting (natural and synthetic) etc., the paint color in real life may be completely different from the paint color in other people’s house and/or especially in the photos. It can also look different on the wall than it does on a small piece of paint from the paint store.

Sample board. I buy the smallest sample I can get (sometimes a quarter, sometimes less depending on the brand) and then buy the foam board from Target or Wal Mart (in the school supply section). They are usually large, so I plan them out (if I need to do a lot of samples) so I can get at least 4 samples from a single panel. Once I’ve finished my sample boards and they’re completely dry, I’ll be reviewing them in different lights over the next few days. If you don’t have a few days to think about things, I’m sure to at least consider them day and night before making a decision. I also like to make at least 3 samples per room. It can be expensive for some, but it’s better to be safe than sorry in my book, and sometimes it turns out to be the third winning suit!

. This light gray is not too cold and not too warm. It has no weird tones and is the perfect light gray in my opinion. As with most of my paint colors, it looks lighter in my photos than it does in the live shot, but it really has a nice subtle color cast without being overdone. If you’re looking for a nice light gray color, this is it!
It almost looks white here, but if you look down where the wall meets the trim, you can see the contrast between the wall and baseboard.
It’s a perfect white without any weird shades. It’s not too bright and never turns yellow. I use it on all my white doors, trim and cabinets. Below you can see On The Rocks on the wall and White Decorator on the barn door.
It’s a spa as beautiful and calming as gray blue, perfect for bathrooms and/or bathrooms. I probably wouldn’t use it anywhere else in the house, but the bathroom is the absolute perfect place for a nice blue/gray look. It creates a feeling of tranquility, making it a great retreat at the end of a long day. You can also see the white decorators again on the cabinets, doors and decorations.

It’s a nice and warm gray, perfect just to set the mood in the bedroom, to set you free at the end of a tiring day at work. This color would also be appropriate for the office or dining room.
It’s a nice medium gray with no weird tones. I’ve used it in my dining room with a flat finish and I couldn’t have liked it more. This is a color that I will use over and over on projects and I can even see some furniture painted in this color.
A perfect day!! And yes, this color says it’s gray, but it’s very dark. It would also look great on top of cabinets (with the brass hardware) and would look great compared to creating an accent wall like I did with it here. It would also look great in a library or playroom, and on the face of it it’s a bit darker than it looks in my photos here.
For many reasons. 1. I like it because it’s so close to Revere Pewter, it’s my all-time favorite gray, but I also like it’s warm gray (that’s gray) and it’s not too light or too dark. It also doesn’t cause weird nuances. It looks great anywhere and pairs great with white doors and trim. It’s literally one of the best neutrals of all time and is the twin of Revere Pewter paint.

This is a very fun color that I used in my son’s room. To describe the color, I would say it is navy/gray/blue/green. I hope that makes sense, because unfortunately that’s the best way I know how to say it. It’s a cozy yet playful color. I’d say it’s perfect for a bedroom, a kid’s playroom and would be great for a laundry room as well. It would probably also be great in a home office. And in case you were wondering, the orange rim we painted to cast the crown is called
(their relationship line) and it’s a fun orange if you need it for a project or an accent color. The stick is Etsy’s and can be found
. I don’t have a photo of it, but I used it in my son’s bathtub at our current house and in the bathroom in our last house (where there was no natural light or I would like to have a picture of it for you. .. Again, it doesn’t have a bad shade and looks great anywhere you want to use it! It also looks good against white decor and looks great in the kitchen or office.

Whether you’re dealing with the real thing or the knockoff, there’s no doubt that marble is a popular product for bathrooms and kitchens.
Today, the most popular granite and countertops are usually a combination of white and gray. However, if you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll know that all grays have subtle (or not so subtle) shades – and marble gray is no exception, with Blue and purple are more common. . Occasionally appears a warm grayish gray with a hint of green, but it is not common. Same goes for beige or gold, you’ll find them in marble and marble looks, but they’re not as common.
If you’ve been with me for a while, you know that all grays have subtle (or not so subtle) shades – and marble gray is no exception.
Just remember that I can’t count for EVERY marble and every type of marble surface, so these paint colors are a “help” color to get you on the right track. There are also MANY other things to consider before finishing the paint color, such as ambient finish / LRV / exposure / personal preference. Again, I can’t put everything into one blog post (I’m good, but not so good), but I can be sure to point you in the right direction.

Sea Salt comes in a beautiful soft green with a gray background to calm it down and is a popular paint color for ANY room – not just marble. However, it’s a bit like a ninja and is so famous for flashing blue that you can barely see the green!
Sea salt has an LRV of 64, so it will shine a little brighter without much wash out since it’s closer to the white paint color.
Although it’s not displayed in marble in this bathroom, from the overall style you can see how sea salt is a great paint color for this look.
The backlash of this hexagonal marble tile is shown (above).
