The old bricks of this house were damaged after bleaching 5 years ago. In fact, the bricks on the outside are almost chalky, but slightly faded with signs of deterioration. As a result, we used two coats of stone primer and exterior quality latex paint.
The color we chose for the brick is Snowbound. In fact, our design experts chose Sherwin Williams’ Snowbound (SW 7004) as our favorite exterior brick color for 2021.

We have combined this popular white brick color with Smoky Blue shutters and front door (SW 7604). We used dusty blue and black louvers to coordinate with the existing copper gutters and downspouts. The resulting before-and-after photos look like an HGTV metamorphosis.

It was difficult to find the right color for this unpainted brick house. We had to find a white color that would go well with the black brick chimney on the front of the house.
In the end we decided to use Iceberg (SW 6798) as the white exterior paint. We chose Tricorn Black for the finish color. As such, the new white sides really stand out amongst the black finish and the lush greenery. It’s definitely a postmodern reconstruction, and it looks great.

This painted brick completely changed the rules of the game before and after. The bare, unpainted brick previously deserved a modern update, so we decided to paint it.
Our homeowner chose Alabaster for her home’s exterior brick color and combined it with a Tricorn Black finish. Both colors are very popular exterior colors carried by Sherwin-Williams.

To paint this facade, we need to match the bricks on the top of the house with the existing blue fiberboard. The current color of the brick paint is a contrasting pastel gray with blue edges. It was recently pressure washed so we left the front open and the back was in good shape so it wasn’t painted.

As you can see, the brick veneer has been painted blue to match the color of the siding, making the house appear larger than it is.
The color formula for the brick paint is James Hardie Night Grey, matching the existing composite cladding. We combined the new color of the brick walls with a bright white finish and painted the bottom and gutters. Not to mention we modified the back porch railing and front posts to complete the exterior of the house.
This ranch-style home was previously unpainted red brick and looked run down. After a good pressure wash, we covered the windows and exterior reinforcement before gilding the brick walls.
We painted the brick and cedar planks on the second floor the same white. Benjamin Moore’s Pearl of the Sea is a beautiful white with a hint of gray. This uniform, in turn, makes the house appear larger and more modern.
Exterior Gray Paint Colors
Finally, we painted the fenders, house number and front door a warmer shade of gray. The dark gray color used is called raccoon fur (also a Benjamin Moore color). Therefore, it blends in with the warm, dense brick color of the sea pearl. The result is a simple yet modern brick home that will look great for years to come.
This Tudor-style brick home is ready for a fresh coat of paint to bring it back from the Stone Age. This house is for sale and needs renovation. Next, we found white to match the brown Tudor trim and painted the concrete window sill to match.

Our next exterior paint project is an upgraded rough brick facade. We chose PPG Onyx Black for the brick paint and Sherwin’s Pure White for the window sills.
The dark color of the brick in combination with the bright yellow front door really brings a new light into the house. Shade the front door in the before and after photos of the house in Fun Yellow (SW 6903).
Therefore, our host is happy with the result. Black brick painted with color definitely gives the house a completely new look.

An old, unpainted brick house with ugly mildew stains and an outdoor garage is overdue for renovations. For this young family who had just moved in, painting the bricks was, as expected, an easy choice.
