Rain Or Shine Elastomeric Paint – Rain or Shine Hi-Gloss Topcoat is a waterproof, water-based finish for interior and exterior concrete surfaces. It is resistant to ultraviolet light, dirt, dust and temperature variations. Used in conjunction with Rain or Shine Wall Mastic or Rain or Shine Elasto-Proofer or Rain or Shine Elasto-Tex Extreme Waterproof Paint, it can bridge cracks in vertical concrete walls and prevent expansion. It has excellent gloss retention and adhesion to well-prepared concrete surfaces.
New concrete must have sufficient curing time between one week and one month to reduce water and alkali to a safe level. Excess alkalinity must be neutralized with Concrete Neutralizer. Let the surface dry completely. Remove dust from glass tanks, if any.
