Artist Loft Ready To Pour Paint

Artist Loft Ready To Pour Paint – Now that spring is finally here, hopefully soon I will go outside and capture the beauty and amazing colors of the trees and flowers in bloom and post more photos here. For now, though, here’s a sneak peek of the wet paint results I did last night to further test pouring the paint mix in the artist booth. This one is done on a black background using metallic black and metallic silver, purple, white metallic and Artist’s Loft Acryl in a tube of my favorite acrylic paint – Cobalt Metallic. I also use pourable Liquitex to thin the thick metal cobalt consistency to match the same consistency as the finished pourable paint.

The metallic black feels thicker than the metallic white and covers the fabric much better than the metallic white that covered my previous canvas. This makes me happy! The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and the consistency is nice and runny, but a little runny to make nice round balls IMHO. With all that in mind, I give these Artist’s Loft premade paints 4 out of 5 stars.

I ordered some more of these colors yesterday while they were still at their lowest price of the year and hopefully I’ll make more images using them to test their performance when creating #dutchpour, #flipcup and #opencup funnels, So wait a little. !

Best Pouring Medium Recipe For Paint Pouring

Rather than letting the color cover the entire canvas, I like to create images that leave some negative space, as you can see from the black corners of this image, and also some borders appear when I tilt the canvas. Allows the color to move back and forth. Metallic white was the first color I poured into my glass, so it was the last to come out and I had to do my best to control it or it would cover even more pictures! Even though I used equal parts of each color by pouring it into the cup, I was surprised to find that it appeared almost exclusively at the end! I didn’t even use the white paint left in the cup! As you can see, this creates a cloud-like effect with slight layers of color, which I think makes this image quite unique.
