What color is Benjamin Moore Super White? Is it warm white or cool white?
Super White may look very white, but it’s actually a nice white color. With light from the north it is more visible, but in the afternoon with sunlight from the south or west it looks warm and soft.
Note the visual temperature change between the far left (north) wall and the far right wall in the image above.
Super White, with an LRV of 89.09, is very close to true white paint color, but with a slight softness.

With a high LRV and slightly better handling, you won’t see much understeer in the Super White. It’s great that way, but the high LRV makes it easier to pick up cues from the environment and exposure.
As with all paint colors, we recommend using a sample. The pattern is a peel-and-stick paint pattern that can be easily moved around the room and delivered right to your door for less than half the cost of a traditional pattern bag.
However, for white color swatches, we do not recommend putting them on white paper/cardstock. Your boss is usually very cold and can distort your perception of the color white. It is best to compare the white with other similar whites you plan to use.
Choosing The Perfect Benjamin Moore White Paint
Damn, if I’m going to paint the walls super white, I’m definitely going to paint the trim super white. Changes in lighting add interest. If you want to go crazy and use a white coat, I’d go for Outdoor Ultra Pure White, one of those off white colors.
Super White can definitely be used outdoors if you want a crisp clean white look!

The Best 8 Benjamin Moore White Paint Colors In 2021
This original shade of stunning white represents clarity and simplicity. It is definitely a clear, crisp white with no yellow or blue. Super White is the whitest of the Benjamin Moore white colors and contrasts with other paint colors. Choose this white to brighten up your room and reflect light without looking too modern or cold. Super White is my personal favorite color for trim paint.
Pro tip: Don’t use this white on plaster or uneven walls. Defects can be pointed out.

Pro tip: “Just white” isn’t really white. It is a very warm white because it is colored pale yellow. If you are looking for a true standard pure white color, please do not choose this color.
