Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee Undertones – This post is too long and has been re-posted. I am happy to provide you with a complete list of paint colors used in our homes. Take a walk through the rooms so I can share the colors we used and some information about each room.
Our kitchen cabinets are white lacquer (not tinted). While they may look innocent, they are difficult to deal with when bruised and you can’t easily change the color. If you’re looking for something that’s easy to repaint, use paint, not lacquer.
Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee Undertones
Most of our paintings below were painted Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore. We chose the end of the eggs so that they can be cleaned easily. It’s been four years and we still love this color. Although it is white on the palette, when viewed directly it is gray/dark brown. It’s definitely more gray than beige.

This room receives a large amount of natural light and this affects how it reads on our walls. We don’t see any tones in our house, but every house is different. If you want to try Pale Oak in your home, I recommend using a very large size on the wall. I couldn’t believe it when artists started sticking swatches on my walls (even though I’m using it with clients and love it). I had to love until all the walls were painted.
In this space, we used cabinets from Ikea. But we cut the boards down where they made contact with the ceiling. We color-matched these cabinets so that it matches. If you prefer gray, it can be made at Home Depot. More information and resources are in this article.
I always laugh at these patterns because they are always so far away. Behr’s Swiss Coffee is straight white. I would say Warm White. We recently used it in the powder room (all wood) and it was used on our in-house grinder.
All this decorating work is Swiss Coffee by Behr. Integrated is white lacquer (no color).
Best White Paint Colors For Any Home
This might be one of my all-time favorite shades. I love it It’s a really rich charcoal gray. Having said that, it sometimes reads a bit too navy. It’s just a beautiful color.
We used it in our last house and I love the color. It’s not white, it’s white. A warm vanilla color.
If you use Clear Moon, I really like it with Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee. Hot weather. Check out our baseboards. It looks great with paint. If you look at the Taj (it was painted bright white before we got inside), the bright moon is pale yellow. Keep your white piece warm. One day I will repaint the Taj. Not today.
This is a popular color to use. This is a blue color. Hale navy read medium, blue. It doesn’t have to be the navy black version.
The Best White Paint Colors For Your Interior
This is an exact picture of how this color is read in a person. It tastes very good with gold.
Absolutely love this color. Vista Paint is a West Coast brand. This white is pure, beautiful white. No tone of voice at all. A clear, very fresh white.
The navy we used in this bathroom is a hovering color and while you can understand the formula, it’s a subtle color. Ideally, you should use three layers. Otherwise, it will read as Aqua. super weird. No wonder it was stopped. I would use a French Beret (Benjamin Moore) or Old Navy (Benjamin Moore) for a similar look.
This is another question I get asked all the time. Normally, our walls are always eggshell color while the decoration is semi-gloss paint. We also use semi-gloss paint in our bathroom. Velvet is a great choice for walls (we used it above) if quality allows. I hope this chart is helpful.

When it comes to popular white paint colors, Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee has been around for a long time – but, that doesn’t mean it’s the best. Sometimes it’s more about name recognition than color variety. and while it’s best to paint it a white color
Before you start sticking it on your wall or cabinet, there are some serious things to think about.
I like to show real and realistic homes so I only use photos from my online color consulting clients. This means I don’t always have the best photos (hence my ‘quick review’), but there is certainly useful information to help you on your way!

Swiss coffee is not a whitewash, partly due to chroma and LRV, both of which we will look at below. Swiss coffee has a mild white color.
Swiss Coffee LRV is around 84 (website says 83.93, fan deck says 82), so it’s white, but soft white is closer to white than bright white (learn more here) .

When it comes to Swiss coffee, the point can be said. If you have a lot of warm/beige tones in your home, this color can be as comforting as a subdued warm white. If you have cool tones, those cool tones can create the warmth of Swiss coffee and reflect.

🔸 But, nevertheless, Swiss coffee is warm white. The cream is a yellow base paint so you get a warm yellow but it can sometimes glow a WEEEE blue which makes me a little uncomfortable – especially when there are some lighter soft whites (Read More).
As with any color shade, I strongly recommend using SAMPLIZE. Sampleize is a urine sampler and adhesive that you can easily display in your room for half the price of a traditional sample vial – and have it delivered straight to your doorstep!
However, with paint whites, I wouldn’t recommend comparing them to white paper/poster boards as the cool tones of the paper can show too much under other whites. Compare only white paint with other white paints of the same color (e.g. Benjamin Moore White Dove, Sherwin Williams Pure White).
If you are painting Swiss Coffee walls, I highly recommend painting your TRIM Swiss Coffee. Because Swiss coffee has a subtle tone, I don’t overdo it by mixing and matching white with it.
