We make every effort to deliver your product as quickly as possible and we indicate the expected delivery time next to each product on our website. All our products are offered based on availability. If when placing the order an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can decide whether you want to cancel the order, wait until the item is available or choose another route. We will notify customers if the product has been discontinued or if it will take longer than indicated on our website to ship. If you have a lamp specially designed for you, our team will explain the delivery time.
When your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you an email to let you know when your product is available. Delivery to most of the UK mainland is free for orders over £50.00. Orders under £50.00 to most UK destinations will be charged £4.80. We are happy to ship to the Scottish Highlands and non-local addresses with a UK postcode (eg Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles) and delivery is charged at £14.00 per order in each case. For the Channel Islands the delivery cost is £17.50 for orders of any size. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout.

You will be given an opportunity to provide additional shipping information during checkout. This is useful if you are unlikely to be home during the delivery or if your address is difficult to find. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, may cause the product to be delivered later than expected. If you ordered several products, some of them may be shipped separately and arrive from different locations. We will do our best to let you know if your order is so classified.
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive at the expected time, please contact our sales team quoting your order number as this will help us to track your order quickly. If the courier fails to deliver your item, you will be left with a card with contact information to reschedule a suitable delivery date. The courier will try to deliver the next day if the delivery is not coordinated. If the delivery is not successful or the delivery is incorrect, the product will be returned to us. If this happens, all additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer, even if shipping is free.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential costs, charges or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of late delivery, damage or error. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for electricians or other contractors. Do not order an electrician at the time of delivery and we would like to recommend that you order the electrician only when you have the light on you and check that they are necessary and indestructible.
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping and we pride ourselves on the care we take when packing your items to ensure they reach you safely. We will ask that you check all your items carefully once you receive them, even if you don’t want to put them up straight away. Any damage in transit or missing items must be reported via email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. After this period of 48 hours, it can be seen that the product arrived in satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept any claim for damages or shortages after this period.

We ask that you send us evidence of damage as much as possible so that we can only replace damages such as broken glass, and not the full fit to reduce inconvenience and waiting time. If necessary, we will provide a replacement product and arrange for our courier to pick up the damaged product from your address and return it to us. All we ask is that you carefully repackage the product in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations for purchases made on or after 13 June 2014) give you the right to cancel a contract for online purchases within 14 days of the date after the date of delivery. This applies to all our products, except products designed, adapted or modified to your specifications or products purchased from our business on commercial terms. Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you wish to return the product to us, please contact our sales team by email or letter within 14 days of the product being delivered. We will send you your tracking number. This number must be placed on the outer box when returning the product to us. Returns will not be accepted without A return number clearly visible on the outer box. If a member of our team receives a package without a return number, we will notify you that we will hold your package for 28 days so that you can arrange a collection. If the package is not collected within 28 days, we will dispose of the item at our discretion.
Pack the product well and securely in the original packaging and be sure to put the return number on the outer box and return it to us, with your receipt, so that we receive it about 14 days after your return. Your special returns number is only valid for 14 days from the date of issue, so please ensure that any unwanted items reach us within this time. You will remain responsible for the products until we receive them in good condition. We refuse to accept returns that have been installed or modified in any way or where the inner packaging is damaged or written on or the light arrived damaged or broken.
