Come Rain Or Shine Book
April in Paris A room full of beautiful lines, bluesy horns and Sarah Vaughan singing “Man in Love.” I love Sarah Vaughn’s voice. Her gentle voice and soulful singing filled the air in the dark hours of the night, painting some of the most precious memories of my college days. Songs of longing and sadness, songs of love, happiness and loneliness. Kazuo Ishiguro’s short story – three university friends meet, and one of them has the right to his own funeral. In April in Paris, the hall was filled with powerful strings, bluesy horns and Sarah Vaughan’s “Man in Love”. I love Sarah Vaughn’s voice. Her gentle voice and soulful singing filled the air in the dark hours of the night, painting some of the most precious memories of my college days. Songs of longing and sadness, songs of love, happiness and loneliness. Kazuo Ishiguro’s short story – three old university friends meet, one of whom has the feeling to fight and control everything Sarah Vaughn does with the speakers – instantly made me smile. happy, you transport me in time. Opening the pages, I took an absurd story, perhaps with a reminder of an unquestionable love or a recognition of long delays, fear and fatigue, changes in mood, and perhaps with a wonderful tendency to write, as in “The rest of the day. “On Sunday I was disturbingly disturbed by the sleep of a sad teenage boy, and I thought I would laugh at some of the funny and funny actions of the three characters. . But a second reading reveals hidden emotions and subtle flavors beneath the light humor. Do we ever know ourselves? Do old friends know each other like that? Loneliness, the mysterious nature of friendship, self-sacrifice, the sense of what could have been, the weight of decisions made almost unconsciously, the sadness and regret inherent in the human condition become incredibly clear when you piece together this slice in life from the Ray Charles song that gives the story its title. We love it when we get a recording like Ray Charles’ “Come Rain or Shine” where the lyrics are happy but the interpretation is sad. Not knowing that this beautiful story is part of Ishiguro’s story collection: Five Stories of Music and Night, now I definitely want to read other stories covered under this tempting title and listen to Sarah Vaughan again at night. Regret instead of forgetting. … Troops

I love Ishiguro and his out-of-this-world “absurd” stories. It seems like a “typical” story of a friend visiting a couple in England. But soon you think… “What the… is going on”? And how does it end? That’s what I love about Ishiguro, unexpected, thoughtful and original. Well, I’ve read a bit of Ishigu this year and I hope he releases a new book soon! Four stars and recommended. So, before you know it, you’re forty-seven, and the people you started with are long past the generation that gossips about different things, takes drugs, listens to different music. I had a hard time starting any book now, maybe the Shaitango hangover was still lingering and it was having a bad effect on my mind. I picked up this book today and from the first few pages, I felt very connected to it. So, before you know it, you’re forty-seven, and the people you started out with were gossiping about different things, using different drugs, listening to different music. I had a hard time starting any book now, maybe the Shaitango hangover was still lingering and it was having a bad effect on my mind. Today I took this book and from the first pages, I felt very neutral in the story, I think that Shaitango’s bad but poetic sentences still cloud my memory, so it was difficult to make room for new memories. However, when I ran through a few pages, it was a wonderful experience like Jazz – it draws you gently like a vintage wine, and in fact I finished this little beauty in just an hour. I came to the world of Kazuo Ishiguro for the first time, and this world, based on painful human relationships based on memory, loss, transformation, and nonsense, completely captured my mind. The opening quote by the narrator met three old friends at university, one of whom he was. Pandora’s Box deals with unrequited love, exhaustion, anxiety and commitment, setting up a powerless, limited world with desperate people trying to hold their worlds together. One of them was under friendly pressure to keep his feelings, and sorrows, as insignificant as possible, so that his friend would see the light of day. The sound of jazz music reminded him of his old days, but he danced with his friend’s wife and his old friend, he warned himself not to say what was filling the soup inside him, but his heart melted, those suppressed feelings came out and tears. . they found themselves. The author here used the story cut very skillfully, as if he stepped down and allowed the reader to come to a conclusion, instead of being bombarded with countless authoritative words. However, this did not affect the flow of the story as it flows like slow but beautiful jazz. The story also goes through layers and layers of undertones, carefully combined with sweet words, where the sadness of life is hidden. The story was full of humor and piquancy that made the sensitive reader find the human feelings buried under the human side of the picture that made you feel sad about the meaninglessness of life; where people are surrounded by a lonely existence of mistrust and doubt, which worsens human relations.
