The master bedroom can accommodate one person or a couple, and the second bedroom can accommodate children. Or convert the remaining bedroom into an office, study or living room.
If you have 3 parking spaces, you have more options. 3 Typical parking spaces are 31-34 feet (9-10 m) wide and 20-30 feet (6-9 m) deep. This larger floor plan can include a larger 2 bedroom suite with living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Imagine a spacious living space for a couple. This size package can also be used for a family with one or two children. Another option is for two roommates, each with their own bedroom.
