This before and after painted brick is a real game changer. Since the old unpainted brick was suitable for a new renovation, we decided to paint it.

For this exterior paint job, the brick should match the blue tile on the top half of the house. The current brick color is a pale light clashing with the blue side. The print has recently been cleaned leaving the front brick free and part of the back unvarnished for being so good.
As you can see, painting the brick blue to match the exterior siding makes the house look bigger than before.
The custom brick color is James Hardy’s Midnight Gray to match the existing composite decking. We paired the new brick wall color with white crown molding and painted the downspouts and gutters to make them stand out. Not to mention we touched up the back balcony railing and front porch posts to complete the exterior changes to the home.

This red brick house has never been painted and looks old. After a thorough cleaning, we covered the windows and grounds before filling in the brick walls.
We painted the brick and cedar tiles on the 2nd floor next to it white. Sea Pearl by Benjamin Moore is a white color with gray undertones. This chest of drawers makes the house look more elegant and modern.
Finally, we painted the bars, house numbers, and front door gray. The dark gray used was called Raccoon Fur (also a color by Benjamin Moore). It’s consistent and pairs well with a warm, sandy color like sea pearls. This resulted in a simple yet modern brick home that will look beautiful for years to come.
This Tudor style brick home is ready for a fresh coat of paint to bring it back from the Stone Age. The offer is almost sold out and needs to be updated. Next we found a white color that complemented the brown Tudor trim and painted the concrete window sills to match.

These Benjamin Moore models are two of our favorite shades of white. In fact, we named Benjamin Moore’s Seapearl our Exterior Color of the Year. With an LRV of 77.95, Seapearl is pure white. Simply White’s LRV is 91.7, so it’s lighter. (Learn what LRV is and why it matters, especially with white paint). Although these similar colors create a monochromatic color, their different shades are subtle contrasts. Plain white (painted in order here) creates a warm, elongated glow that contrasts with the gray tones of Seapearl (painted in brick).

Sherwin Williams Alabaster is perfect for bricks. This lacquer color reads on different textures making it perfect for use on a variety of outdoor furniture. Our designers used alabaster for the stonework, paneling and paneling of the house pictured above. Going down this route, we consider adding some dimension and depth with accents in a dark color like Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black. Tricorn Black was used for the garage doors and sectional door. Alabaster is not pure white and Tricorn Black is not pure black, so this is not a classic black and white combination. This combination of brick and color is innovative and has an unmistakable drama.
This combination of warm bricks and earth and paint colors gives the house’s surface a sense of harmony. Instead of acting as a contrast, these paint colors complement each other.
