Every effort is made to deliver your products as soon as possible and we display an expected delivery date next to each product on our website. All our products are subject to availability. When your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a new email letting you know when your items are expected. Free delivery to most parts of the UK mainland on orders over £50.00. Orders under £50.00 are charged a flat rate of £4.80 for most mainland UK addresses. We are happy to deliver to Scottish Highlands and non-mainland addresses with UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands) and delivery is charged at a flat rate of £14.00 for orders of any value. There is a delivery charge of £17.50 for any order in the Channel Islands. Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.
You will have the opportunity to provide additional delivery instructions during the checkout process. This is useful if you are not home at the time of delivery or if your address is difficult to find. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, may cause deliveries to arrive later than expected. If you have ordered multiple products, it is possible that some items will be delivered separately and possibly to different locations. We will make every effort to notify you if your order is split in this way.

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive in the expected time, please contact our sales team quoting your order number as this will help us to quickly track your order. If the courier is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a card with contact details so that you can reschedule a suitable delivery date. Courier will attempt next day delivery if delivery is not mutually arranged. If delivery is unsuccessful or delivery is refused, the goods may be returned to us. If this occurs, all other delivery charges will be paid by the customer, even if the original delivery was free.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential cost, charges or expenses arising directly or indirectly as a result of late, damaged or incorrect delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, electrician or any other contract fees. You should not appoint an electrician based on an expected delivery date and we recommend that you only appoint your electrician once you have the lights and have verified they are suitable and not damaged.
All of our products are thoroughly checked before delivery and we pride ourselves on the care we take in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. We ask that you carefully inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them, even if you do not intend to fit them immediately. Any damage or loss in transit must be reported by email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48 hour period, the goods are deemed to have returned to satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for damage or shortage after this period.
We ask that you send photographs of proof of damage, as it may be possible to replace just a damaged part, such as a broken glass blind, rather than the entire appliance, thus reducing inconvenience and waiting time. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement product and arrange for our courier to collect the damaged item from your delivery address and return it to us. All we ask is that you carefully repack the product in all of the original packaging. Once it is returned to us, we will arrange to ship a replacement.

Please pack the item carefully and securely in the original packaging and make sure you indicate the return number on the outer box and return it to us with your receipt, so that we can receive it within 14 days of delivery. Your unique return number is only valid for 14 days from the date of issue, so please ensure that all unwanted items reach us within this time frame. You remain responsible for the goods until we receive them in salable condition. We refuse to accept any returned product that has been installed or modified in any way or where the product’s inner box is damaged or written off or if the lights are damaged or broken. You should also have any bulbs or components that were included in the original delivery.
The cost of returning unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend that you use a registered delivery service and keep proof of your postage costs in case your package is lost or damaged and you will need to return it to your chosen courier need to file a claim. For your added protection, we suggest that you consider taking out your own separate insurance arrangement.
