I pressed a little stick into the hole. Don’t be shy, you really have to fill the hole completely with filler. Leave for a few hours, then sand.
Then, using a spatula, I painted the holes with Bondo Glazing Putty in a thin layer. Let it dry and sand again.
Sometimes you will have to repeat the Bondo step a second time if the indentation is still present. When there are no traces of holes before, you are ready to paint!
