“Linda and I built a house in Florida in 2002 and sold a house in the Catskill Mountains of New York. In 2012 we decided to take a vacation to the Catskill Mountains and realized that while we love Florida, we miss the mountains. The Catskills are the same as the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, when we started seeing the Northwest. We found a beautiful mountain area in the Carolinas. We didn’t know much about log cabins, so we asked the Log Cabin Commission for information. Well, our mailbox got information from several local companies.
