This home’s foyer runs from left to right, connects the two bedrooms, and then leads straight into the central living room. The home’s kitchen has plenty of counter space, cabinets and a large island with sink. The bedrooms are arranged in the same way in each corner of the house, almost the same, save the space of the second door. The south bedroom has a bathroom as part of the suite, while the entrance to the side bathroom is in the hallway for guest access.

Madrid 3 Bedroom Single Storey House Plan
In small houses this can be done on only one floor. Northwest Modern and natural elements create something unique from the Prairie School of Design, a contemporary design movement and natural elements. The floor plan is just what you want in a new story, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and bonus rooms.
The tour begins outside the garage, passing a small foyer study (with 14′ ceiling) and master bedroom suite. At the front is the center of the home, where the great room, dining room and kitchen meet in a spacious and airy living space. This stunning mid-level living space flows seamlessly to the pool and outdoor entertaining areas. Summer gatherings are made even better with an airy and easy access to the attached living room and bedroom suite.
Speaking of which, there are two large bedrooms on either side around the pool. The south-facing suite is like its own office, with a dedicated living room, private deck, and a powder room with a full bathroom. On the other side, the master suite opens to the pool via folding doors. Inside you’ll find 14′ ceilings, a unique tall closet, and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in closet.

This single storey house was originally built, some parts of the house had low light penetration and some rooms were dark, so the buyers asked to move to a new house designed for 21st. Century will live.
All 4 garages are covered with graceful planes, and the entrance is flanked by layers of steel columns and beams. Each plane (wall, ceiling or floor) is covered with a different material, color and style, creating a unique entrance design. Flipside Front Home Design
At the entrance, suspended steel beams rise with the sky and the glass core not only leads to a small reception hall but also welcomes the building, showing the dynamic nature of modern architecture. A flat roof was used instead of the usual tiled roof, which allowed a lot of light into the living rooms.
The elevator leads to the light on the right side and the living room on the left side of the house, where an atrium lets the morning sun into the bathroom and allows the whole suite to feel safe and natural.
A small atrium off the kitchen lets morning light into the kitchen, and the owners can leave the doors open at night to naturally cool the house in the morning. The design of the building has become a solution to the lack of light in winter and northern sunlight, with natural light streaming into the deeper areas of the new building.
While dual reception rooms and tall windows maximize space in the one-story home, Mullen also ensured that almost every room has direct access to the garden.
