This house was built to match the specifications of the trailer I purchased from Tiny House Basics. Josh was really helpful, explaining all the technical terms and what I would need to exceed my expectations. I ended up with a 32 x 8.5 foot pick with three 7k axles. Keep in mind that at this size and scale you may need to hire someone with a Class A license and/or permit to move your house. Check with your local laws.
Note: If you choose to go with a different trailer than I purchased, you will need to make the necessary adjustments to the plans. Consider weight, height and width requirements. The Verve and Verve Lux are the smallest in the travel trailer range, both starting at 16ft. The main difference between the Lux and the base Verve model is the toilet available with the Lux. Add another 2 ft. Total land area.
The Verve Lux has a larger shower thanks to the toilet that extends over the tongue.

It comes with a drop deck, a separate pantry and a larger kitchen with about 28 square feet more cabinetry. A truncated L-shaped bed is normal, but a platform bed with a hydraulic lift, and enough under the mattress. Storage is an option. Options such as window sills and almost all Tru Form design options are available.
The Verve is a budget model with a TPO roof and more efficient architectural elements. The kitchen works galley style, and updates are more limited. There is no broken area for the deck and the roof is in a continuous sliding style (no worn area). The bathroom is square. Although we tried to install some premium components in this model, we still have the same high levels of craftsmanship and materials like cedar, paneling, high R-value insulation, fur interior doors and more. Although a convertible bed and kitchen table are not standard in this model, we offer them as an option.
You can customize our Verve Luxes and Verve Models to suit your needs! See what Verve Lux looks like in our gallery below:
The Kootenay travel trailer model has a larger loft that adds to its square footage. This makes us the most open. It also has a powerful peninsula-type kitchen, which includes a patio (click to socialize), and also offers a dining and dining area. The front door is on the side which allows the hood to be lowered. In addition, for larger units, the placement of the door is from the kitchen – allowing more space in a great room.

Why would anyone consider building a tiny house around them? What would be the benefits of such a plan?
What immediately comes to mind are the nomadic homes called yurts – the portable but sturdy round houses of ancient people.
Small Log Home Plans
Above all, the round shape of the yurts was very practical. Yurts can withstand strong winds from all directions better than any square tent. They require less building material for the same square footage and are more economical to heat or cool. If you want to learn more about the exciting new financial house clothes, read this post.
Second, lightweight construction materials allow quick assembly, disassembly and transportation. The apartment in the middle also ensures the heating of the entire interior.
Of course, the cottage “Stella” is not intended for frequent nomadic transfers. A very nice feature is its central lighting. For people who live in windy areas, this one-story house plan can provide a good solution.
With a total area of 498 square feet, the cabin looks like a much larger duplex. The central part functions as an open kitchen and living room with lots of light and space.

Remember, it is somewhat doubtful that the proposed exterior walls will end up with a vertical surface. In wet areas, horizontal joint boards will provide a little more moisture protection.
A very spacious 199 sq ft loft is a really nice bonus. The balcony can be extended to the entire width of the house. A half bath for the 2nd level can also be added to the plan.
These one bedroom camping cabin plans are as simple as they come. Can you sacrifice part of the balcony to build a bathroom?
Actually, it would be more reasonable to extend the back wall another 3.5-4 ft and replace the window with a bathroom door. Most of us prefer to have a window on the wall behind the sink anyway.
