Two Story Open Floor Plans – Our designers have created a large, two-story model with a modern feel. The mix of exterior materials and maximized interior spaces are appealing.
This model has an entry, eat-in kitchen, full bath and laundry/storage. This area also has direct access to the main living area of the house and a garage with a separate door from the outside. The second floor was added to include 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The master suite has a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower. Three more beautiful bedrooms share a full bathroom with double vanities.

This plan is part of the collection of ecological house plans and therefore has a wall composition with better energy efficiency. The walls are made of double frame 2x4s spaced 24 inches apart to provide superior insulation for each of our eco homes. Therefore, the amount of lumber needed is similar to that of a traditional house using 2x6s spaced every 16 inches. In addition, these two walls are covered with curtains to cut as many thermal bridges as possible, i.e. continuous elements that cause heat loss from the inside to the outside of the house. The insulating material used in this wall section is cellulose. It is a 100% recycled material that perfectly hugs each of the wall voids for optimal insulation.
