If the product is damaged, you must take care of it immediately at checkout and send a photo to info@ on the day of delivery. Luxe Bath Vanities will pay for the delivery of defective, damaged or incorrect goods at our expense. Remember to keep all original packaging for returning any items. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department before processing. We guarantee that you will receive the ordered product as soon as possible without any damage.
