Gray, no matter how light or dark, immediately adds depth to the interior and makes the furniture or wall art instantly pop. Another good thing is that almost all colors use gray. If gray is the dominant color and paired with accents, or vice versa, you can’t go wrong.
Gray is a great host. It is adjusted to red, blue, pink, yellow, orange, green, black, mean, metal too and looks very good against yours!
Believe it or not, light bulbs play a big role in turning magnolias gray. In the early 90/00 warm light went completely with Magnolia, however, the introduction of LED light and white tone light is not so much.

However, warm light is back in our lives, and guess what, it looks good against gray as white light … another reason why gray is such a popular color choice.
We think it’s safe to say that Magnolia did well, and while it will always have a special place in our hearts (sort of), gray is a nice change. With all the different elements it has to offer, what other color can challenge you to offer so many design possibilities?!

65 weeks ago I posted a vlog on Instagram (and uploaded it to YouTube (https://youtu.be/5DaL0_j50n0)) about painting my master bedroom. This is not a good situation because the painting The Influence of the flood entered our house, but there I was on the way to choose paint and wait for the painter to work.
I chose Shiplap Color – a Magnolia Homes color name that gives you a gray look that’s halfway between modern and farmhouse white and gray. Straight out of the can, it looks white. I thought I was sold a white bag. I thought I was duped like others who said in their review that they bought a very expensive white paint. I admit that I was also deceived. But later, I realized, it was not white, but light gray that I was looking for.
When I read shiplap color reviews online, there aren’t many to start with and they aren’t encouraging. At the time, this paint line was very new so the low ratings made me worry about it.
Hashtag searches on Instagram and Google for the keyword paint only yield dozens of photos of original shiplap walls that everyone has installed in their homes or kitchens. If it’s Shiplap Paint, a paint image taken from the company’s website will look like this in the same room and wall in a digital paint color photo:

I don’t feel like the company’s stock photos are as good as real photos of people like me, but it doesn’t help that some people who claim to use the new color in Shiplap are posted on Instagram. safe or change the light in the mirror of the finished painted room; Anyone looking for accurate color representation is sorely disappointed.
At some point, I knew I had to take my chances. In the end, I stuck with Shiplap because I trusted the paint sample paper I bought at ACE Hardware. The cake batter was too dark for me and the pearl cotton was the lighter gray I wanted but more gold I wanted. I was also very interested in the Panna Cotta and Silos White color and said how good they would look with the door, trim and roof in true white but Shiplap beat it.
Shiplap in a matte finish will be 14 feet above the ground from the top of the floorboards to the ceiling on all walls.
Only until the two colors are painted side by side, I’m sure I’m not selling an expensive bag of white paint.

I still love this color. If I have time, I will paint some walls of my house in shiplap colors. I love the look and feel it gives me every time I wake up in the morning facing a white table, clothes and things on my wall.
For those wondering if everything is okay, I have an idea about this color – or paint in general. The matte finish is nice and comfortable but still clean without being crazy. It protects from dirt or scratches received and touched. I have never painted with matte finish paint before. The person who recommended and selected Matt was a project manager who previously said that at one point the job was just painting houses. Who am I to ask this man?
So over time, the matte paint on the high traffic areas of my wall has been less than stellar as the kids run around the corner of the wall near my bedroom exit. But overall, I’m happy with my master bedroom beat.

Floor to ceiling magnolia in every room. It is the color of choice for property developers and probably homeowners too.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’d rather have a neutral color scheme than horrible, hot wallpaper that screams someone’s personality. But I think, why magnolia is so popular in the interior? KH. There may be several reasons. They want to use neutral colors in their property to attract more people to sell or rent quickly. Usually white is chosen to achieve this. But bright white is more difficult while magnolia is a warm white.
Using magnolia as a standard color certainly eliminates the difficulty in making color decisions and developers know that homeowners will change colors as they create their own space. Some owners seem to just follow their lead.
