However, all kinds of delays are allowed under this contract, including “difficulty in determining qualified subcontractors” (p. 5). It does not specify that the problem is due to the lack of planning and time management of the builder, but we assume that our builder could probably make the case. This contract does not contain absolute protection for the buyer
