To get the warm color of the place, they painted Sherwin William Dark Island. The dark marble was removed, and replaced with quartz countertops for a sleek and clean look.
When planning the design for the restaurant, Burke and Kiel kept the client and their family in mind. With two young men and an open door policy and a neighborhood of friends, HON chose a gray jute rug to add warmth and definition to the dining area that is also easy to clean. The client also went with a non-reclining chair for their dining room – a comfortable and reclining chair. To add character to the space, traditional Roman shades replaced the plastic curtains in the dining area.
